You'll always see the exact price before you confirm a booking — TideLynk never quotes after the fact. Payments are handled securely through Stripe.
It depends how you book. LynkNow is for speed — your job goes to the closest verified cleaner who's available, and the first to accept takes it. You can tell us any preferences for the job. Scheduled and Recurring bookings let you browse full profiles with ratings and pick the cleaner yourself. Either way, every cleaner passes a national police check, ABN check and public liability insurance check before their profile goes live, and you'll see who's coming before they arrive.
Every cleaner holds current public liability insurance, and cleaning companies additionally hold Workers Compensation cover. If a booking isn't fulfilled or you're unhappy with a clean, email info@tidelynk.com.au and we'll work with you and the cleaner to resolve it. Full cancellation and dispute terms will be published with the platform before launch.

TideLynk has not launched. Cancellation, no-show and dispute terms will be published in full before the platform goes live, and we would rather say that plainly than publish placeholder policy. If something goes wrong with a booking after launch, email info@tidelynk.com.au and we will work with you and the cleaner to resolve it.
